Plyometrics #4

Here's another plyo day workout guys. All about quick movements and explosive power. With that said, try to these exercises not only quickly, but with good technique. 

 

15 minute workout - 30 seconds each exercise!

Burpees
Jumping Squats
Switching Jumps (Jumping Lunges)
Explosive Push ups
Box Jumps
Rest

Repeat 5x
