It's Monday, which means its time to get this week started with a jump start. Today's plyometrics workout will get you in and out in 20 minutes, so let's get started.

Box Jumps
Body Weight Squats
Bench Jumps
Line Hops
Push ups
Tuck Jumps
Ankle Hops
Air Squats
