It's time for another core workout! Today we're going to do a Pyramid working, increasing our reps with each exercise before hitting the peak and coming back down. The exercises are going to be challenging but you have all the time in the world to complete them. Get a mat and a towel and drink lots of fluids. Here we go...
20 Seated Bicycle
25 Oblique Crunches (Left foot on right knee)
30 Wide Leg Sit Up (Keep left arm behind head and the right arm straight in front. Come up, touch toes and repeat on the same side)
35 Mason Twists
40 Reverse Crunches

30 Wide Leg Sit Up (Keep right arm behind head and the left arm straight in front. Come up, touch toes and repeat on same side)
