Triple Threat #5

It's already Thursday (of a short week) and that means its time for another triple threat workout! So, today we're going to work on getting toned up for the beach this weekend! We're going to work our Abs, Triceps and Biceps.

 

Perform each exercise back to back for 20 reps each! 

Spider Crawl (In a push up position, bring your right knee up to your right elbow. Repeat on other side)
Bench (or chair) Dips
Dumbbell Curl  (Palms facing ceiling)

 

Superman
Alternating Hammer Curl (Palms facing each other)
 (Palms __
Body Ups
 

Cocoons (On your back with your arms stretched over your head and legs extend, curl up into a cocoon by bringing your knees in and wrapping your arms around)
Close-Grip Push Ups
Standing Inner Biceps Curl (Elbows to your side with your hands as wide as possible)

 

Cross-Body Crunch
Concentration Curls
Triceps Dumbbell Kickbacks

 

Do this workout and I promise you will be beach ready before you know it!
