Tabata Tuesday #3

Here we go, it's the beginning of the third week and we're going to start picking things up! Today, we're going to add a couple of exercises for a total of 8 exercises. Everything else is the same: 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Let's go!  

 

This workout should take approximately 40 minutes - so take a 1 minute break in between rounds! 

 

1. Body Weight Squats
2. Burpees
3. Alternating Lunges
4. Jumping Jacks
5. Push ups
6. Mountain Climbers
7. Plank
8. Crunches
