Plyometrics #2

It's Monday, time to get a jump start on the week, so we're doing plyometrics today!  Today's workout is short, but it's still enough to give you a good sweat. No equipment needed!

 

Perform the following circuit for 5 rounds! Post time below! 

50 Air Squats
40 Tuck Jumps
30 Burpees 
20 Box Jumps
10 Push ups with clap

 

After completing the work out, go shower, you sweaty pig!
