Do each exercise in the order given for 50 repetitions! 

 

Filthy 50

1. Box Jumps
2. Push Ups
3. Squats
4. Jumping Jacks
5. Pull Ups
6. Walking Lunges
7. Kettlebell Swings
8. Superman
9. Burpees
10. Reverse Crunches

 

Remember, complete the exercise before moving on - No cheating, just cheating yourself...
