Here's a 20 minute AMRAP workout! AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible, so start your timer and work as hard as you can for the next 20 minutes!
For this AMRAP, perform each exercise for a total amount of 30 reps before moving on to the next exercise.
1. Crunches
2. Superman (30 each side)
3. Reverse Crunches
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Thread the Needle (Both sides)
6. Oblique Crunch (Both sides)
