Cardio Blast #4

Hope you all are having a fabulous long weekend! Here's another workout to keep you sweating like a pig, but looking like a fox...


Every minute, on the minute, for 5 rounds - Complete 25 reps! 

0:00 - Burpees
1:00 - Jumping Jacks
2:00 - Hindu Squats
3:00 - Push ups
4:00 - Mountain Climbers

That's the first round. At the 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 20 minutes, start off with burpees and complete 25 reps for each exercises. Your rest time is between your last rep and the first rep of the following exercise.
